We cannot send it as an attachment since your Custom Profile has to be downloaded from the special ClickBank access webpage. 

Check your email "Blocked email," "Spam," "Trash," "Bulk" or "Deleted" folders in case the order receipt has found its way there.

ClickBank order problem: The most likely reason for a ClickBank order problem is that you didn't see the link on the payment page after you filled in your credit card details: "CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER". Check your email to see if you've received the confirmation ClickBank send you. Use the information in it to retrieve the download instructions again.
